On March 29, 2024, the New York State Police arrested Daryl Leisenring, age 59, of Waterloo, NY, for Grand Larceny 4th (E Felony) following an investigation into a purse theft at F-N-A'S Rhythm and Booze bar located in the village of Waterloo on March 23, 2024. Leisenring was issued an appearance ticket for the Town of Waterloo court on April 24, 2024.
