On June 15, 2024, State Police arrested Karissa M. Wilbur, 32, of Whitehall, NY, for Hindering Prosecution in the second degree.
Following the arrest of Dylan Scoville, an investigation determined Wilbur reportedly rendered aid to Scoville by concealing him in her Whitehall residence, all while knowing he was wanted for felony charges. Scoville was located and arrested at Wilbur’s home on June 11, 2024, following a brief foot pursuit.
Wilbur was arrested at her home and transported to SP Granville for processing. She was then transported to the Washington County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
*UPDATE* June 12, 2024
On June 11, 2024, at about 3:50 p.m., State Police located Scoville concealed at a home in Whitehall, NY. During the execution of the arrest warrant, he attempted to flee on foot, and after a brief foot pursuit, Scoville was taken into custody. He was transported to SP Granville, where he was processed on the warrant for Gang Assault in the first degree, Burglary in the second degree, and Criminal Possession of a weapon in the fourth degree. In addition, he was charged with resisting arrest. Scoville was arraigned at the Washington County Centralized Arraignment Part Court, where he was remanded to the Washington County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000 cash or $50,000 bond.

On May 31, 2024, State Police arrested Jessica Cleavland, 42, of Whitehall, NY, and a 17-year-old each for Burglary in the first degree, a class “B” felony, Gang Assault in the first degree, a class “B” felony, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the fourth degree.
In addition, an arrest warrant has been issued for Dylan T. Scoville, 24, of Whitehall, NY, for Burglary in the first degree, a class “B” felony, Gang Assault in the first degree, a class “B” felony, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the fourth degree.
On May 30, 2024, at about 4:50 p.m., Troopers responded to a home in Whitehall, NY, for the report of an assault in progress. Upon arrival, Troopers located a seriously injured victim. The investigation has determined that Cleavland, Scoville, and the 17-year-old reportedly came to the victim’s property uninvited. The victim who is known to the suspects felt threatened and fled into their home. The suspects followed, forced entry and violently assaulted the victim before fleeing the scene. The victim was evaluated for what is believed to be serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
Cleavland was located and arrested at her Whitehall home. The 17-year-old was located walking in the area of State Route 4 in Whitehall and was also arrested. Both were processed at SP Granville and transported to the Washington County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
Attempts to locate Scoville have been unsuccessful, and the Whitehall Town Court has issued an arrest warrant. Scoville was recently arrested by State Police for Rape (see linked press release below) and should be considered dangerous. He is also known to frequent the Glens Falls, NY area.
