*UPDATE* State Police arrest Mechanicville man for sending nude images to a child

UPDATE April 25, 2025

On April 24, 2025, Demania was additionally charged with Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child, a class “E” felony. 

Due to the continued investigation and analysis of an electronic device belonging to Demania it was determined he allegedly possessed an image consistent with child sexual exploitation. 

Demania was taken into custody at his home and transported to SP Clifton Park for processing. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Mechanicville Town Court on April 30, 2025, and released. The investigation is ongoing.

On April 19, 2025, State Police of Clifton Park arrested Kyle J. Demania, 21, of Mechanicville, NY, for Disseminating Indecent Material to Minors in the first degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

On April 4, 2025, at about 2:24 p.m., Troopers received information that an adult was sending inappropriate images to a child. The investigation determined that Demania reportedly sent nude photos to a child under the age of 17 in March of 2025.

Demania was arrested in Clifton Park, NY, and transported to SP Clifton Park for processing. He was then arraigned at the Malta Town Court, where he was released on his own recognizance.
