Two Plattsburgh females arrested for CPCS 7th

On February 27, 2024, State Police members arrested Denise P. Trombley, age 31 and Natalie S. Lodato, age 26, both of Plattsburgh, NY for criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th.

On February 27, 2024, at approximately 2:33 p.m., Troopers observed a blue Chevrolet S10 traveling on State Route 22 in the city of Plattsburgh at a stop light, as the vehicle started to go, the Troopers heard an inadequate muffler.  The Troopers initiated a traffic stop on Weed Street, in the city of Plattsburgh.  The Troopers interviewed the driver, who was identified as Trombley, and passenger, was  identified as Lodato.  While interviewing both occupants, Troopers observed a glass smoking device.  Both occupants were asked to exit the vehicle and searched.  Trombley and Lodato were both in possession of drug paraphernalia.

They were arrested and transported to SP Plattsburgh for processing.  They both were released on appearance tickets returnable to the City of Plattsburgh Court for a later date in March.
