On August 26, 2024, State Police arrested Regina A. Pribble, age 32, and Rusty T. Simmons, age 36, both of Ogdensburg, NY, for criminal possession of stolen property 4th.
On August 19, 2024, at approximately 7:50 a.m., Troopers responded to Brookview Drive in the town of Waddington for a larceny complaint. An investigation determined Pribble and Simmons were in possession of a stolen Honda generator and were attempting to sell it on the marketplace. Pribble and Simmons were transported to SP Massena for further questioning.
Pribble and Simmons were arrested and processed at SP Massena. They were arraigned in the City of Ogdensburg Court. Pribble was released on her own recognizance, and Simmons was remanded to St. Lawrence County Jail without bail.
