Troop F Community Stabilization Unit Conducts Two-Day Enforcement Detail in Sullivan County Resulting in Multiple Arrest

On April 1 and April 2, 2026, members of the New York State Police Troop F Community Stabilization Unit, in coordination with uniform troopers, conducted a two-day proactive enforcement detail focused on quality-of-life violations throughout Sullivan County.
This operation targeted key corridors and areas impacted by criminal activity, with an emphasis on narcotics trafficking and illegal weapons possession.
As a result of this enforcement effort, six individuals were arrested, and significant quantities of illegal firearms and narcotics were seized.

Moises A. Veras, age 31, of Monticello, NY
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree, Class A misdemeanor
Uniform Traffic Tickets
Veras was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Village of Monticello Court on May 20, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., and released.
Kalim J. Nedd, age 26, of Monticello, NY
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree (Intent to Sell), Class B felony
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4th Degree (Narcotic), Class C felony
Multiple Uniform Traffic Tickets
Nedd was arraigned in the Town of Liberty Court and remanded to the Sullivan County Jail without bail. He was scheduled to return to the Village of Monticello Court on April 6, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.
Jessica R. Singleton, age 36, of Monticello, NY
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree, Class A misdemeanor
Uniform Traffic Tickets
Singleton was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Liberty Court on May 13, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.
Thomas L. Singleton, age 46, of Monticello, NY
Two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree (Intent to Sell), Class B felony
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4th Degree, Class C felony
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance (Narcotic), Class B felony

Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd Degree (Scales), Class A misdemeanor
Singleton was arraigned in the Town of Liberty Court and remanded to the Sullivan County Jail without bail. He is scheduled to return to the Town of Liberty Court on April 8, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.
Jeremiah A. Wade, age 21, Monticello, NY

Two counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd Degree (Loaded Firearm), Class C felony
Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd Degree (Ammunition Feeding Device), Class D felony

Two counts of Criminal Possession of a Firearm, Class E felony
Resisting Arrest, Class A misdemeanor
Obstruction of Governmental Administration 2nd Degree, Class A misdemeanor
Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd Degree (Scales), Class A misdemeanor
Wade was arraigned in the Town of Thompson Court and remanded to the Sullivan County Jail with bail set at $50,000 cash, $150,000 bond, or $300,000 partially secured bond. Wade also had an active bench warrant issued by the Village of Monticello Court with bail set at $10,000 cash, $20,000 bond, or $30,000 partially secured bond. He was scheduled to return to the Village of Monticello Court on April 6, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.

Macghee was arraigned in the Town of Thompson Court and remanded to the Sullivan County Jail with bail set at $15,000 cash, $50,000 bond, or $100,000 partially secured bond. He was scheduled to return to the Village of Monticello Court on April 6, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.

Extended Magazines: 1
Cocaine: approximately 21.9 grams
Crack Cocaine: approximately 22.2 grams
Fentanyl: approximately 7.5 grams
MDMA Pills: approximately 2 grams
In addition to these arrests, members conducted numerous vehicle stops and field interviews as part of this enforcement initiative.
