On September 27, 2024, State Police members arrested Corbey A. Terrance, age 33, of Massena, NY, for criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, criminal possession of a weapon 3rd-prior convictions, and issued vehicle and traffic violations.

On September 27, 2024, at approximately 4:24 a.m., Troopers observed a 2019 Subaru Outback traveling east on Kingsley Road in the town of Louisville violating a vehicle traffic law.  Troopers initiated a traffic stop and interviewed the driver, who was identified as Terrance, which resulted in him not having a valid NYS driver's license.  While doing a vehicle inventory, Terrance was found to have narcotics, drug paraphernalia, and a switchblade knife.

Terrance was arrested and transported to SP Massena for processing.  He was arraigned in the town of Louisville Court, where he was released on his own recognizance.
