New York, NY – On August 21, 2026, Investigators from Troop NYC, Manhattan Criminal Squad, arrested Joseph Quach, of Las Vegas, for Grand Larceny.
Following an investigation into the theft of $9,600 in Pokemon cards from an Anime NYC vendor at the Javits Center earlier that morning, State Police Investigators identified, located, and arrested the suspect, Joseph Quach.
Quatch was transported to the NYPD 10th Precinct for processing and subsequently transported to Manhattan Central Booking to be arraigned at a later time for the following charges: Grand Larceny in the 3rd Degree, a class D felony, and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 3rd Degree, a class D felony.
