Manzella, 23 of Manorville, NY. Manzella was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and another Vehicle and Traffic Law violation. He was transported to SP Wilton for processing where he refused to provide a sample to determine the alcohol content of his blood. Further investigation discovered Manzella has had a previous DWI conviction in the last ten years. Manzella was issued tickets returnable to the Saratoga Springs City Court on August 26, 2025, and released to a sober third party.
On July 19, 2025, at about 2:20 a.m. State Police assigned to the Latham Interstate Patrol stopped a vehicle for a Vehicle and Traffic Law violations. The driver was identified as Lashanda T. Walden, 40 of Albany, NY. Walden was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations. She was transported to SP Latham for processing where she refused to provide a sample to determine the alcohol content of her blood. Further investigation determined Walden has had a previous DWI conviction in the last ten years. Walden was issued tickets returnable to the Albany City Court on August 1, 2025, and released to a sober third party.
On July 19, 2025, at about 5:50 p.m. State Police of Brunswick received and reckless vehicle complaint. Trooper patrolled the area and located a vehicle matching the caller’s description on State Route 7 in Pittstown, NY and stopped it for a Vehicle and Traffic Law violation. The driver has been identified as Edwin J. Vega Vega, 20 of Albany, NY. Vega Vega was arrested for Reckless Endangerment, Driving While Intoxicated and Reckless Driving. He was transported to SP Brunswick for processing where he recorded a 0.24% BAC. Further investigation discovered the license plate on the vehicle being operated by Vega Vega had been reportedly stolen from New Jersey and Vega Vega was additionally charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in fifth degree. He was issued na appearance ticket returnable to the Pittstown Town Court on August 13, 2025, and released.
On July 23, 2025, at about 12:19 a.m. State Police of Brunswick observed and checked on a vehicle stopped on the shoulder of State Route 7 in Colonie, NY. The driver was identified as Brandy S. Martin 28, of North Adams, MA and child under the age of 16 was located in the vehicle. Martin was arrested for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated with a child (Leandra’s Law) and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. She was transported to SP Brunswick for processing where she recorded a 0.09% BAC. Martin was issued tickets returnable to the Colonie Court on August 11, 2025, and released.
On July 23, 2025, at about 1:00 a.m. State Police of Chestertown stopped a vehicle on Lake Shore Road in Bolton, NY for a Vehicle and Traffic Law violation. The driver was identified as Edward T. Kluck, 58 of Bolton Landing, NY. Kluck was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations. On July 24, 2025, at about 12:43 a.m. State Police of Queensbury responded to the report of a one-car crash on Lake Shore Drive in Hague, NY. The uninjured driver was identified as Christopher J. Gruttemeyer, 59 of Congers, NY. Gruttemeyer was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and another Vehicle and Traffic Law violation. He was transported to SP Queensbury for processing where he recorded a 0.21% BAC. Gruttemeyer was issued tickets returnable to the Hague Town Court on August 6, 2025, and released to a sober third party.
On July 25, 2025, at about 2:39 p.m. State Police assigned to the Latham Interstate Patrol stopped a vehicle on I-90 in Rensselaer, NY for a Vehicle and Traffic Law violation. The driver was identified as Emily M. Sweet, 22 of Stephentown, NY. Sweet was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations. She was transported to SP Latham for processing where she recorded a 0.31% BAC. On July 25, 2025, at about 9:20 p.m. State Police of Schuylerville responded the area of State Route 9P in Saratoga, NY for the reports of a vehicle striking another parked vehicle. The driver was located and identified as David A. Jaros, 50 of Sparta, NJ. Jaros was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and transported to SP Saratoga for processing where he recorded a 0.19% BAC. Further investigation discovered Jaros has had a previous DWI conviction in the last ten years. He was arraigned at the Saratoga Town Court where he was released on his own recognizance.
On July 25, 2025, at about 10:20 p.m. State Police of Brunswick stopped a vehicle on Eycleshymer Road in Pittstown, NY. The driver was identified as Craig A. Littlefield, 38 of Johnsonville, NY. Littlefield was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the first degree and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations. He was transported to SP Brunswick for processing where he refused to provide a breath sample to determine the alcohol content of his blood. Further investigation discovered Littlefield has had multiple previous DWI convictions in the last ten years. Littlefield was arraigned at the Schaghticoke Town Court where he was remanded to the Rensselaer County Correctional Facility.
On July 25, 2025, at about 11:53 p.m. State Police of Saratoga stopped a vehicle on State Route 9 in Malta, NY for a Vehicle and Traffic Law violation. The driver was identified as Todd J. Flemings, 44, of Hampton, NH and a child under the age of 16 was also located in the vehicle. Flemings was arrested for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated with a Child (Leandra’s Law), Endangering the Welfare of a Child and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations. The child was turned over to a family member. Flemings was transported to SP Saratoga for processing where he recorded a 0.13% BAC. He was arraigned at the Malta Town Court where he was released on his own recognizance.

Ratti, 48 of Saratoga Springs, NY and two children were located in the vehicle, one of which was under the age of 16. The children were turned over to a family member. Ratti was arrested for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated with a Child (Leandra’s Law), and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations. He was transported to SP Clifton Park for processing where he recorded a 0.23% BAC. On July 26, 2025, at about 9:16 p.m. State Police of Brunswick responded to the report of a one-car crash into a raised curb on 2nd Avenue in Troy, NY. The driver was identified as Lashawn Ruggiero, 50 of Troy, NY. Ruggiero was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations. She was transported to SP Brunswick for processing. A blood sample was collected to determine the alcohol content of her blood. Further investigation discovered Ruggiero has had a previous DWI conviction in the last ten years. She was issued tickets returnable to the Troy City Court on August 6, 2025, and released to a sober third party.
On July 26, 2025, at about 9:30 p.m. State Police of Schodack responded to the report of a one-car roll over crash on Sheer Road in Sand Lake, NY. The driver was identified as Jerome K. Buff, 55, of Bradenton, FL. Buff was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations. He was transported to SP Sand Lake for processing where he recorded a 0.22% BAC. Buff was issued tickets returnable to the Sand Lake Town Court on August 25, 2025, and released to a sober third party.
On July 26, 2025, at about 11:11 p.m. State Police of Fonda responded to in the area of Midline Road in Perth, NY for the report of a vehicle off the roadway with a child under the age of 16 in the vehicle. The vehicle was located nearby, and the driver was identified as Dolores A. Tesiero, 73 of Amsterdam, NY. Tesiero was arrested for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated with a Child (Leandra’s Law), Endangering the Welfare of a Child and another Vehicle and Traffic Law violation. She was transported to SP Fonda for processing. A blood sample was taken to determine the alcohol and drug content of her blood. Tesiero was issued tickets returnable to the Perth Town Court on August 25, 2025, and released.
On July 27, 2025, at about 9:17 p.m. State Police of Wilton responded to the report of a two-car crash on Middle Grove Road in Greenfield, NY. The investigation determined Anne Tubbs 42, of Saratoga Springs, NY failed to yield the right of way when turning onto Middle Grove Road from North Milton Road and was struck by a vehicle traveling westbound on Middle Grove Road. No injuries were reported during the crash. Tubbs was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations. She was transported to SP Wilton for processing where she recorded a 0.18% BAC. Tubbs was issued ticket returnable to the Greenfield Town Court on August 11, 2025, and released to a sober third party.
