State Police in Troop G make notable DWI arrests 5/2- 5/8

On May 3, 2024, at about 10:07 p.m., State Police of Clifton Park stopped a vehicle on State Route 9 in Halfmoon, NY, for multiple Vehicle and Traffic Law violations.  The driver was identified as Jane M. Delorenzo-Martin, 45, of Schenectady, NY.  Delorenzo-Martin was arrested for Driving While intoxicated and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations.  She was transported to SP Clifton Park for processing, where she recorded a 0.20% BAC.  Delorenzo-Martin was issued tickets returnable to the Halfmoon Town Court on May 15, 2024, and released to a sober third party.    

On May 8, 2024, at about 2:16 a.m., State Police of Greenwich stopped a vehicle in the area of Main Street in Greenwich for multiple Vehicle and Traffic Law violations.  The driver was identified as Jeremy J. Lafountain, 37, of Greenwich, NY.  Lafountain was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations.  He was transported to SP Greenwich for processing, where he recorded a 0.19% BAC.  Lafountain was issued tickets returnable to the Greenwich Town Court on June 13, 2024, and released.
