

On December 29, 2023, at about 8:55 a.m. State Police of Chestertown responded to the New Hague Road in Hague, NY, for the report of a truck hauling a trailer off the roadway. The vehicle's driver was identified as Jason M. Mahler, 47, of Warrensburg, NY. Mahler was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations. He was transported to SP Chestertown for processing, where he recorded a 0.25% BAC. Mahler was issued tickets returnable to the Hague Town Court on January 17, 2024, and released to a sober third party.
On December 30, 2023, at about 1:22 a.m. State Police of Saratoga stopped a vehicle on Excelsior Avenue in Saratoga Springs, NY, for a Vehicle and Traffic Law violation. The driver was identified as Konrad D. Odhiambo, 29, of Troy, NY. Odhiambo was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations. He was transported to SP Saratoga for processing, where he refused to provide a sample to determine the alcohol content of his blood. Further investigation discovered Odhiambo has had a previous DWI conviction in the last ten years. He was issued tickets returnable to the Saratoga Springs City Court on January 8, 2024, and released to a sober third party.
On December 31, 2023, at about 2:15 a.m. State Police of Saratoga responded to the report of a vehicle off the roadway on Malta Avenue in Malta, NY. The driver was uninjured and identified as Michael D. Robyck Jr., 22, of Ballston Lake, NY. Robyck Jr. was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations. He was transported to SP Saratoga for processing, where he recorded a 0.18% BAC. Robyck Jr. was issued tickets returnable to the Malta Town Court on January 11, 2024, and released to a sober third party.
On December 31, 2023, at about 5:05 p.m., State Police of Mayfield responded to the report of a vehicle driving erratically. Troopers located a vehicle matching the caller’s description and stopped it on South Second Avenue in Broadalbin, NY. The driver was identified as Linda M. Decoursey, 56, of Gloversville, NY. Decoursey was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs. She was transported to Nathan Littauer Hospital, where a sample was collected to determine the drug and alcohol content of her blood. Decoursey was then transported to SP Mayfield for processing. Further investigation discovered Decoursey has had a previous DWI conviction in the last ten years. She was issued tickets returnable to the Broadalbin Town Court on January 18, 2024, and released.
