State Police in Troop G make notable DWI arrests 1/22- 2/4

On January 22, 2025, at about 10:10 p.m., State Police of Sank Lake stopped a vehicle on State Route 22 in Stephentown, NY, for a Vehicle and Traffic Law violation. The driver was identified as Clayton W. Many, 29, of Poughkeepsie, NY.  Many was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations. He was transported to SP Sand Lake for processing, where he recorded a 0.14% BAC. Further investigation discovered Many has had a previous DWI conviction in the last ten years. Many was then arraigned at the Schodack Town Court, where he was released on his own recognizance and turned over to a sober third party.

On January 23, 2025, at about 7:56 p.m., State Police of Guilderland responded to a one-car crash into a tree off the roadway in the area of Swift Road in New Scotland, NY. The vehicle's driver was located nearby and identified as Mark E. Weber, 26, of Voorheesville, NY.  Weber was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations.  He was transported to SP New Scotland for processing, where he recorded a 0.20% BAC.  Further investigation discovered Weber has had a previous DWI conviction in the last ten years. He was issued tickets returnable to the New Scotland Town Court on February 27, 2025, and released.

On January 25, 2025, at about 1:25 p.m., State Police of Mayfield responded to the reports of a one-car crash off the roadway of Paradise Point Road in Mayfield, NY. The driver was uninjured and identified as Harrison J. Harper, 25, Mayfield, NY.  Harper was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations.  He was transported to SP Mayfield, where he recorded a 0.24% BAC. Harper was issued tickets returnable to the Mayfield Town Court on February 4, 2025, and released.

On January 25, 2025, at about 8:48 p.m., State Police of Clifton Park responded to the report of a two-car crash on Ushers Road in Clifton Park, NY. The uninjured driver of the vehicle at fault for the crash was identified as Armandi Roblero Vazquez, 32, of Ballston Lake, NY.  Roblero Vazquez was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations. He was transported to SP Clifton Park for processing, where he recorded a 0.21% BAC. Roblero Vazquez was issued tickets returnable to the Clifton Park Town Court on January 28, 2025, and released. All three occupants, including two minors, of the other vehicle sustained non-life-threatening injuries in the crash and were transported to Ellis Hospital for evaluation and treatment.

On January 26, 2025, at about 2:24 a.m. State Police of Wilton were on patrol when they discovered a crash in the area of Van Buren Street and Moreau Drive in South Glens Falls, NY. The uninjured driver of the vehicle involved was identified as Caleb T. Canty, 27, of Glens Falls, NY.  The investigation determined Canty lost control of his vehicle, struck the guide rail, and then a car trailer attached to a parked and unoccupied vehicle. He was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations. Canty was transported to SP Wilton for processing, where he was uncooperative with the investigation and refused to provide a sample to determine the alcohol content of his blood.  Further investigation discovered Canty has had a previous DWI conviction in the last ten years, and he did not have a valid driver’s license.  He was arraigned at the Moreau Town Court, where he was released on his own recognizance.

On January 29, 2025, at about 9:31 a.m. State Police of Greenwich responded to the reports of a one-car crash off the roadway in the area of County Route 68 in White Creek, NY. The uninjured driver was identified as Marshall L. Keyes, 43, of Hoosick Falls, NY.  Keyes was arrested for Driving While intoxicated and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations. He was transported to SP Greenwich for processing, where he recorded a 0.25% BAC.  Keyes was issued tickets returnable to the White Creek Town Court on February 20, 2025, and released.

On January 31, 2025, at about 5:50 p.m., State Police of Brunswick responded to the reports of a one-car crash off the roadway in the area of Grange Road in Brunswick, NY. The driver was identified as Jennifer S. Wesolowski, 48, of Rensselaer, NY. Wesolowski was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations. She was transported to SP Brunswick for processing, where she recorded a 0.29% BAC. Wesolowski was issued tickets returnable to the Brunswick Town Court on February 12, 2025, and released.

On February 1, 2025, at about 8:20 p.m., State Police of Clifton Park stopped to check on a vehicle parked on the shoulder of I-87 in Clifton Park, NY.  The vehicle's driver was identified as Danika T. Mcpherson, 28, of Clifton Park, NY. Mcpherson was determined not to have a valid driver's license and was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the first degree, and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations.  She was transported to SP Clifton Park for processing, where she recorded a 0.19% BAC.  Mcpherson was issued tickets returnable to the Clifton Park Town Court on February 29, 2025, and released.

On February 3, 2025, at about 5:46 p.m. State Police of Saratoga responded to the report of a two-car crash on State Route 67 in Malta, NY.  The at fault driver was identified as Joshua D. Soden, 29 of Saratoga Springs, NY. Soden was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations.  He was transported to SP Saratoga for processing where he recorded a 0.19% BAC. Further investigation determined Soden has had a previous DWI conviction in the last ten years. Soden was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Malta Town Court on February 27, 2025, and released.  The driver and the passenger of the other vehicle sustained non-life-threatening injuries during the crash and were transported to Saratoga Hospital for further evaluation and treatment.

On February 4, 2025, at about 9:15 p.m., State Police of Greenwich responded to the reports of a disturbance in Hebron, NY.  The investigation determined Jason E. Mcfarland, 42, of Hebron, NY, had driven to the incident location with a child under the age of 16 in the vehicle. While at the location and during a verbal altercation in the vehicle, Mcfarland reported attempted to cause injury to the child.  During the investigation, Mcfarland displayed signs of intoxication. He was arrested for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated with a Child (Leandra’s Law), attempted Assault in the third degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and another Vehicle, and Traffic Law violation. Mcfarland was transported to SP Greenwich for processing, where he was uncooperative with the investigation, and he refused to provide a sample to determine the alcohol content of his blood. He was then turned over to the Washington County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.

On February 4, 2025, at about 8:29 p.m., State Police assigned to the Northway Interstate Patrol responded to the report of a one-car crash in the area of Park Avenue in Clifton Park, NY. The uninjured driver was identified as Susan A. Adonnino, 51, of Clifton Park, NY. Adonnino was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. She was transported to SP Clifton Park for processing, where she recorded a 0.21% BAC. Adonnino was issued tickets returnable to the Clifton Park town court on February 19, 2025, and released to a sober third party.
