On July 22, 2025, at approximately 3:30 p.m., State Police from the Livingston barracks responded to County Route 19 near White Oak Lane in the town of Livingston for a report of a two-car personal injury motor vehicle crash with entrapment.
A thorough investigation by uniformed patrol and the Bureau of Criminal Investigation determined that a Toyota pickup truck operated by Noel A. Brown, 77, of Clinton Corners, NY, was traveling southbound on County Route 19, while a Subaru operated by Jennifer Camann, 51, of Hudson, NY, was traveling northbound. Brown failed to keep right, crossed into the northbound lane, and struck the Subaru head-on.
Brown was transported to Northern Dutchess Hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased. Camann and her passenger were transported to Mid-Hudson Regional Hospital with injuries that appeared to be non-life-threatening.
The investigation remains ongoing.
