On April 29, 2025, at approximately 8:21 p.m., troopers out of State Police Narrowsburg responded to a one car motor vehicle collision on County Road 121 in the town of Delaware.
The preliminary investigation indicates that 2007 Volvo was traveling north on County Route 121, when it left the roadway, struck two telephone poles, and overturned. The operator and sole occupant of the vehicle, identified as Daniel R. Kenney, age 75, of North Branch, NY, was transported to Westchester Medical Center in critical condition.
