On May 4, 2026, New York State Police arrested Courtney LaPage, age 40, of Malone, and charged her with Burglary in the 2nd Degree and Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree.
On May 4, 2026, at approximately 12:52 p.m., troopers responded to a residence on State Route 11 in the town of Malone for a reported burglary. An investigation determined that LaPage arrived at the residence and attempted to gain entry. During the attempt, she broke a window pane in the door to unlock it. LaPage then entered the residence without permission.
LaPage was transported to SP Malone for processing. She was arraigned in the Town of Malone Court and released under the supervision of probation.
