State Police arrested Pine Island man for possession of child pornography

Warwick, NY – On November 6, 2024, the New York State Police, Troop F, Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) and Town of Warwick Police Department, executed an Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) search warrant at 596 Glenwood Road, in the Town of Warwick, NY. Following the execution of the search warrant, John Orr, age 60, from Pine Island, NY was arrested for Possessing Obscene Sexual Performance by a Child (E Felony). The investigation into Orr remains ongoing and is being conducted by State Police Monroe BCI and the Troop F Computer Crimes Unit.

Orr was processed and issued an appearance ticket, requiring him to appear in the Town of Warwick Court on November 26, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. Orr is a Code Enforcement Officer for the Village of Chester Building Department and a Fire Investigator for Orange County.
