On April 25, 2025, State Police of Wilton arrested Cody M. Falconio, 31, of Northumberland, NY, Assault in the second degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
On April 25, 2025, at about 4:16 p.m., Troopers received information reporting the mistreatment of a child. The investigation determined on the previous day, Falconio allegedly grabbed a child under the age of one year in a manner to be injurious.
Falconio was arrested and processed at SP Wilton. He was then arraigned at the Moreau Town Court, where he posted bail of $5,000.
