On May 9, 2024, State Police of Greenwich arrested Dylan T. Scoville, 24, of Whitehall, NY, for Rape in the third degree, a class “E” felony.
On February 18, 2024, Troopers received information that an adult man had had an inappropriate relationship with a child. The investigation discovered Scoville reportedly had a sexual relationship with a child under the age of 17 in February 2024 while in the village of Whitehall, NY.
Scoville was arrested and processed at SP Granville. He was transported to the Washington County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
