On January 8, 2025, New York State Police Bureau of Criminal investigation (BCI) at Wurtsboro with the assistance of Troop F Computer Crimes Unit arrested Omar A. Delgado, age 19, of Rock Hill, NY, for Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child (E felony) and Possessing Obscene Sexual Performance by a Child under 16 years of age (E felony). Delgado was arraigned in the Town of Mamakating Court and was released on his own recognizance with a returnable date of January 27, 2025, to the Town of Thompson Court at 5 p.m.
