On November 3, 2025, State Police of Wilton with the assistance of the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office arrested Pedro Correa Rodriguez, 36 of Northumberland, NY for:
- Possession of a Weapon in the second degree
- Robbery in the third degree
- Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the third degree
- Criminal Mischief in the third degree
- Criminal Possession of a Firearm
- Assault in the third degree
- Four counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the seventh degree
- Menacing in the second degree
- Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the second degree
- Criminal Mischief in the fourth degree
On November 3, 2025, at about 9:10 a.m. Troopers responded to the report of a disturbance in Northumberland, NY. Correa Rodriguez had left the area before law enforcement’s arrival. The investigation determined that during an altercation Correa Rodriguez reportedly struck and injured the victim and forcibly took their cell phone. He also allegedly displayed a handgun, and aimed it at the victim.
Correa Rodriguez was located walking nearby with the assistance of the Saratoga County Sheriffs Office and was taken into custody. Upon being taken into custody Correa Rodriguez was found to possess an illegally possessed loaded handgun, The victims cell phone which was damaged, controlled substances, and a glass smoking device containing drug residue.
Correa Rodriguez was transported to SP Wilton for processing. He was then arraigned at the Northumberland Town Court and remanded to the Saratoga County Correctional Facility without bail.
