

On May 13, 2025, the New York State Police arrested Andrew Grace, age 26, of Livingston Manor, NY, for possession of obscene video files involving children less than 10 years old.
He is charged with the following:
- Possessing Obscene Sexual Performance by Child Less than 16 years of Age, Class E Felony
Grace is accused of possessing images consistent with child sexual exploitation. The investigation was initiated following a cybertip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), which led to the execution of a search warrant at Grace’s residence in Livingston Manor, NY, on May 13, 2025.
Grace’s arrest is the result of a joint investigation conducted by the New York State Police Troop F Computer Crimes Unit, the Troop F Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) at Liberty, Troop F Major Crimes Unit, Troop F Violent Gang Narcotic Enforcement Team, Troop F Community Stabilization Unit, Sullivan County District Attorney’s Office, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force.
Grace was released with an appearance ticket to the Neversink Town Court on May 20, 2025, at 4:00 p.m.
