On September 25, 2024, State Police of Greenwich arrested Zachary T. Howes, 26, of Hoosick Falls, NY, for Grand Larceny in the third degree.
On September 25, 2024, at about 2:49 p.m., Troopers stopped a vehicle hauling a trailer on State Route 29 in Greenwich, NY for a Vehicle and Traffic Law violation. The driver was identified as Howes, and the trailer being towed was determined to have been allegedly stolen by Howes from a property on County Route 61 in Greenwich, NY, hours earlier.
Howes was arrested and transported to SP Greenwich for processing. He was then transported to the Washington County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
