State Police arrest Glens Falls man following a child sexual assault investigation

On July 30, 2025, State Police of Wilton with the assistance of the Glens Falls Police Department arrested Izac Bovee, 30 of Glens Falls, NY for two counts of Criminal Sexual Act in the second degree, a class “D” felony. 

On August 15, 2024, Troopers received information reporting sexual contact between a child and an adult man. The investigation determined in August of 2024 Bovee allegedly had repeated oral sexual contact with a child under the age of 15 at a home in Moreau, NY.

Bovee was arrested at his home in Glens Falls, NY and transported to SP Wilton for processing. He was arraigned at the Moreau Town Court and released under the supervision of the Saratoga County Probation Department.
