On June 20, 2024, State Police arrested Bryan D. Dickenson, 43, of Freeville, for two counts of Aggravated Harassment 1st degree.
On June 20, 2024, at approximately 3:30 p.m., State Police were called to Main Street in the village of Freeville for a report of an individual spray-painting swastikas on a residence.
When Troopers arrived, Dickenson was located on the property and taken into custody.
Dickenson was arrested and taken to the Tompkins County Sheriff’s Office for arraignment.
The investigation is ongoing.
