On January 8, 2025, State Police of Latham arrested Aaron Jablonski, 53, of Fort Johnson, NY, for Grand Larceny in the third degree, a class “D” felony.
On July 20, 2023, at about 1:08 p.m., Troopers received a theft complaint from an Albany County resident. The investigation determined that while Jablonski was acting as the owner and operator of a “Concrete Solutions” business in August 2022, the victim hired Jablonski to complete work at their residence and provided a more than $3,000 deposit. Jablonski allegedly failed to complete the agreed upon work. He was provided an opportunity by the State Police to reimburse the victim but failed to do so. On October 11, 2023, the Knox Town Court issued an arrest warrant for Jablonski as a result of this investigation.
Jablonski was located and arrested in Fort Johnson, NY. He was transported to SP Latham for processing, arraigned at the Guilderland Town Court, and remanded to the Albany County Correctional Facility without bail.
