State Police arrest Clifton Park woman following road rage incident

On April 28, 2025, State Police of Saratoga arrested Chloe Durkin, 51, of Clifton Park, NY, for Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the third degree and Criminal Mischief in the second degree.

On April 28, 2025, at about 7:26 a.m.*, a Trooper responded to the area of Medical Park Drive in Malta, NY, for the reports of a woman damaging a vehicle with a bat. The investigation determined Durkin was involved in a road rage incident on I-87 in Saratoga County with the victim. Durkin reportedly followed the victim to the location, exited her vehicle with a wooden bat, and used the bat to cause more than $1,500 worth of damage to the victim’s vehicle. Durkin was unknown to the victim, who was not injured during the altercation.  

Durkin was arrested at the scene and transported to SP Saratoga for processing. She was arraigned at the Malta Town Court, where she was released on her own recognizance.
