State Police arrest a Chemung County man for grand larceny 3rd

On January 24, 2024, the New York State Police in Horseheads arrested David D. Apgar III, age 31, of Breesport, NY, for Grand Larceny 3rd (D Felony). 

On October 15, 2019, the victim hired Apgar Construction LLC. to remodel their home in the town of Dix, Schuyler County, NY. Apgar allegedly never showed up to complete the work despite taking a deposit of over $13,000. 

Apgar was processed at SP Horseheads and taken to Schuyler County Jail for CAP arraignment.
