State Police arrest Buffalo man for stealing more than $25K from Schenectady employer.

On November 20, 2024, State Police of Princetown arrested Devin Williams, 42, of Buffalo, NY, for Grand Larceny in the third degree. 

On March 22, 2023, Troopers received a complaint from a business in Schenectady, NY, reporting a possible theft. The investigation determined that while employed by the company, Williams allegedly utilized the company’s corporate credit card from October 2022 until December 2022 to make numerous unauthorized purchases for his personal gain. His action resulted in the theft of more than $25,000 from the company. 

Williams was located and arrested at his home in Buffalo, NY. He was transported to SP Princetown for processing and then to the Schenectady County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
