State Police arrest Albany man for Public Lewdness at Empire State Plaza

On July 9, 2024, State Police at the Capital arrested Eric L. Greeson, 55, of Albany, NY, for Public Lewdness.

On July 8, 2024, at about 1:30 p.m., Troopers responded to the area of Agency Building 1 of the Empire State Plaza in Albany, NY, for the reports of a man allegedly exposing himself and conducting a lewd act in public.  The individual fled the area before law enforcement arrived, but the investigation later identified him as Greeson.

Greeson was arrested the following day in Albany, NY. He was transported to SP Capital for processing, where he was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Albany City Court on July 22, 2024, and released.
