On November 22, 2023, Troopers arrested Adam T. Pickering, age 50, of Plattsburgh, NY for 2 counts of petit larceny.
On October 27, 2023, at approximately 1:46 p.m., Troopers responded to Kohls, located on Smithfield Blvd, in the town of Plattsburgh for a larceny complaint. An investigation determined a male entered the store, stole merchandise valued up to $1,000, passing all points of purchases without paying. He fled the scene.
On November 5, 2023, at approximately 2:57 p.m., Troopers responded to Target, located on Smithfield Blvd, in the town of Plattsburgh for a larceny complaint. An investigation determined a male entered the store, stole merchandise valued at $328.00, passing all points of purchase without paying. He fled the scene.
After reviewing surveillance footage, the male subject was identified as Pickering. Pickering was arrested and processed at SP Plattsburgh and released on appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Plattsburgh Court for a later date in December for both incidents.
