New York State Police arrested a Milford, PA woman for Grand Larceny and other charges

New York State Police Liberty announce the arrest of Tara Muller, age 41 from Milford, Pennsylvania for Unauthorized Practice of Profession, Grand Larceny 4^th degree, Offering a False Instrument for Filing, and Falsifying Business Records.

Muller was arrested on January 19, 2024, by the State Police Liberty and Monroe Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) after an investigation revealed that she was representing herself as an employee of a law firm in the Hudson Valley while collecting retainer fees and representation from potential client(s).
