*Media Advisory* Wounded Warrior Ride Closures

The 2025 Wounded Warrior Race will be taking place on July 18th, 2025 which includes approximately 1,000 bicyclists.

 

A portion of this event includes the bicyclist entering the Robert Moses Parkway southbound from the Montauk Highway entrance. 

 

The following closures will be put in place from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.

 

    • Montauk Highway entrance to Robert Moses Parkway southbound
    • Southern State Parkway eastbound and westbound at exit 40s.
    • Sunrise Highway eastbound and westbound at the Robert Moses Parkway entrance.
    • Robert Moses southbound to Ocean State Parkway westbound.
    • Eastbound area of Cedar beach.
