Mattydale Man Arrested on Multiple Sex Offense Charges

State Police arrested Jason A. Bissell, age 38, from on three separate sex offense cases involving children. Each case has a different victim.  All offenses occurred in the Town of Salina in Onondaga County:

On September 19, 2024, Bissell was charged with Sex Abuse 1^st degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child (a 9-year-old victim) for an incident that occurred inside the residence.  He was arraigned and remanded to the Onondaga County Justice Center.

On November 21, 2024, Bissell was charged with (2) counts of Rape 2^nd degree and (1) count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child (13-year-old victim) for incidents that occurred in July 2024. 

On November 21, 2024, Bissell was also charged with Criminal Sex Act 1^st degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child (10-year-old victim) for an incident that occurred in August 2024.
