On June 20, 2024, the New York State Police in Wappinger in conjunction with the Dutchess County Child Advocacy Center arrested Kyle Hernandez, age 28, of East Rockaway, NY, for Sexual Abuse in the 1st degree, a class D felony.
Investigation determined Hernandez sexually abused a victim under the age of 11-years-old.
Hernandez was arraigned before the Honorable Judge Fiorile of the village of Wappingers Falls Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond. He is next scheduled to appear before the town of Wappinger on June 26, 2024, at 4:30 p.m.
