On July 15, 2024, Troopers out of SP Lockport arrested Keith G. Dobucki, 45 of Lockport, NY for Public Lewdness-exposing private parts in public (B Misdemeanor), Public Display of Sexual Material (A Misdemeanor) and Disorderly Conduct.
On July 15, 2024, at 9:18 P.M., Troopers responded to Walmart on South Transit Road in the town of Lockport for a male viewing inappropriate videos and masturbating in the electronic department. Investigation determined that Dobucki was using a display phone in the electronics department to view pornographic material and masturbating while sitting in an electronic scooter. Dobucki was arrested and transported back to SP Lockport for processing. Dobucki was issued an appearance ticket for the Town of Lockport Court for later date in August 2024.
New York State Parole was contacted due to Dobucki being on parole.
