On March 2, 2024, Troopers out of SP Collins arrested Karl J. Troidl, 63 of Gowanda, NY for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated and other Vehicle and Traffic infractions.
On March 2, 2024, at 10:48 P.M., Troopers stopped Troidl on State Route 438 in the town of Collins for traffic infractions. While interviewing Troidl, an odor of alcoholic beverage was present and was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s.
Troidl was transported to SP Collins for processing and recorded a .19% BAC.
Troidl was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Collins Court for a later date in March 2024.
