On November 24, 2024, at 2:35 a.m., State Police Thruway (SP New Rochelle) arrested Manuel Apolinario Camas-Guaman, age 39 from Elmhurst, NY for Felony DWI, (class “D” felony due to two previous convictions within 10 years), and several vehicle and traffic violations following a traffic stop on Interstate 95 in Westchester County.
