On December 3, 2024, State Police members arrested Earl W. Irwin, age 50, of Saranac, NY, for assault 3rd, harassment 2nd, and criminal possession of a weapon 4th.
On December 3, 2024, at approximately 9:09 a.m., State Police were informed of a domestic dispute that occurred on State Route 374 in the town of Dannemora. An investigation determined Irwin and the victim were in a verbal altercation when Irwin became irate and threatened the victim with a weapon.
Irwin was arrested and arraigned in the Town of Saranac Court. He was later released on his own recognizance.
