On May 29, 2024, the New York State Police in Cortlandt arrested Luis F. Contreras Paredes, age 25, of Peekskill, NY, Assault in the 2nd degree, a class D felony.
Investigation determined Contreras Paredes engaged in a physical altercation and stabbed the victim on Crompond Road outside of My Second House Bar.
Contreras Paredes was turned over to the custody of Westchester County Corrections for an active unrelated arrest warrant.
