On August 27, 2024, State Police members arrested Kelly W. O’Connor, age 30, of Chateaugay, NY, for Issuing A Bad Check; With Knowledge Of Insufficient Funds (2 counts).
On July 5, 2024, at approximately 9:48 a.m., Troopers responded to Route 9 in the town of Chazy for a bad check complaint. An investigation determined O’Connor entered Dupreys Feed on two different dates, paying with checks totaling $17,154.51 when he knowingly knew the funds were not in the account.
O’Connor was arrested and transported to SP Champlain for processing. He was released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Chazy Court for a later date in September.
