Brewster man arrested for Aggravated DWI after driving Tractor with plow on Interstate 287

On February 15, 2025, at approximately 6:29 pm, Troopers from SP Tarrytown were dispatched for a report of a male sleeping in a tractor with a plow blocking the Interstate 287 Eastbound exit 3 ramp (on-ramp to Sprain Brook Parkway) in Elmsford.

When the Troopers arrived, they located a red 2024 Yanmar with the motor running, blocking the exit ramp. The operator was woken up and identified as Kleber Geovanny Lliguisaca, age 47, of Brewster, NY. Due to his level of intoxication, SFSTs were unable to be performed, and he was placed into custody and transported to SP Tarrytown.  At SP Tarrytown, he provided a 0.22% BAC. Additionally, the tractor was unregistered, and Lliguisaca was found to be unlicensed.

Kleber Geovanny Lliguisaca was arrested for Aggravated DWI (an unclassified misdemeanor), Unlicensed Operation of a motor vehicle, and several vehicle and traffic violations.  He was issued traffic tickets and is scheduled to appear in the Elmsford Village court on February 26^th, 2025, at 9:30 am.
