- Body armor
DAGA was charged with (1) count of Criminal Possession of a Firearm in the 1st Degree, subsection 2, 10 or more firearms (B Felony) and (1) count of Criminal Possession of a Firearm in the 2nd Degree subsection 3, Loaded Firearm (C Felony). He was remanded to the Albany County Jail without bail. He is set to return to the City of Albany, City Court on Monday, January 13 at 10:00 AM.
The investigation is still ongoing, and additional charges are expected.
