The subject was last seen fishing in a 15-foot fiberglass boat on the south end of Canandaigua Lake with two children. The boat was overcome with high winds and waves and sank. None of the occupants were wearing flotation devices. The two children were rescued by area residents. The residents observed the subject go under water and he was never located.
