MYRON C. ALBERDING, of Red Creek, NY was operating a Starcraft fishing boat on 7th Lake when struck by another vessel operated by DAVID C. GETMAN (DOB:5/14/59). Both vessels were travelling in an easterly direction when GETMAN ran into the left rear side of ALBERDING'S boat. GETMAN'S vessel continued over left side, causing ALBERDING to be ejected. A preliminary search at scene by GETMAN and passengers was unsuccessful. A contingency of State Police divers conducted an underwater search from 7/10/73 - 7/26/73 with negative results. Various interviews of subjects at the scene and residents yielded negative leads since the time of the occurrence.
