On January 12, 1992, McNeish attempted to pass a tractor trailer in a no-passing zone. Her vehicle struck an oncoming vehicle head on, killing the driver of that vehicle. She was indicted for these crimes by the Albany County Grand Jury and warrants have been issued for her arrest.Although she could be anywhere in the United States, she may have returned to her native Jamaica, West Indies. |
